Effective October 19, 2026 · Elevated Designs, a brand of Elevated Designs LLC

This page explains what happens to the information you give us when you use our website. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send an order request or a custom quote request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email, optional phone number, delivery choice, the items and personalization in your cart, your project details and any photo or file you attach.

Only send photos or files you own or have permission to use, with consent from anyone pictured. We may decline designs that include logos, characters or other people's artwork.

Why we use it

Only to quote, make, deliver and support your order: to confirm your text and colors, send a preview or payment link, arrange pickup or shipping and answer your questions. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Who processes it

Forms are stored in our website database on Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Purchases happen on Etsy's secure checkout (or a secure payment link we email you), and we never see or store your card details.

Visit statistics

We count visits to improve the shop: pages and products viewed, buttons used (for example "Buy on Etsy"), the site that sent you, your general area (city level, from your connection) and whether you're on a phone or computer. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. A random visit number is kept in your browser only until you close the tab, so we can tell one visit from another without knowing who you are. Names you type into the live preview are never sent to us unless you place an order.

Stored on your device

Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. You can clear it at any time by emptying the cart or clearing your browser's site data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for up to 3 years for tax and support, and delete quote requests that don't become orders after 12 months.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you sent. Reach us any time through the contact form, or email privacy requests to staticupload170@gmail.com.
